One Reply to “8 Fixed Cannot Connect to App Store on Mac, MacBook: macOS Catalina, Mojave Apps Won’t Downloading, Load”

  1. Hello,

Mojave needs an update pronto. The issue is with the App Store. All your purchase disappear and you can’t see them when I go into my purchases. The message i get is it says no purchases. I made a lot recently and in the past.

The problem gets resolved only briefly when you log out of your mac and back in again. The purchases come back briefly and then disappear again. I called Apple they tried to help and I did not get anywhere with them. I got bounced around from department to department and was on the phone for over an hour with them.

I don’t know what to do but this issue is a problem and I’m sure other users are going through this also or will go through it at some point. I never had problems with High Sierra at all and my purchases were always showing up.

Also how i am i to get new updates or the ability to re download my purchases if they are not showing up at all?

I am hoping you can help me some how or reach out to apple with this issue. Maybe they might take you more seriously than just a user like myself.

Thank you for your time and help.
