Solution 6: Reboot iPhone and Apple Watch

Refresh the iPhone and Apple Watch by force restarting them.

For iPhone 8 or later:

  • Press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
  • Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
  • Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears.

For iPhone 7/7Plus:

  • Press and hold the Volume Down button and Power button until the Apple logo displays.

For iPhone 6S/6SPlus or earlier:

  • Press and hold the Home button and Sleep/Wake button until you see the Apple logo.

To Restart Apple Watch:

  • Hold down the side button and drag the POWER OFF slider to turn the Apple Watch off.
  • Wait until the watch turns off.
  • To boot the Watch, press and hold the Side button.

Solution 7: Unpair and Pair Apple Watch

On Apple Watch:

  1. Go to the Settings App.
  2. Tap General.
  3. Select Reset > Erase All Content & Settings.

On iPhone:
