How to Disable/Enable 3D Touch on iPhone 8 (Plus)/iPhone 7(Plus)/iPhone 6S (Plus)

If you are new and facing the problem and can’t control on your finger for access applications on 3D touch finger, then you can adjust 3D touch or Turn on/ off 3D touch sensitivity on three different levels (Light, Medium, and Firm). Then you can access your iPhone screen like Old iPhone models (iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad, iPod Touch). Let’s see how to Enable 3D touch on iPhone iOS 13/iOS 12?

Don’t miss use of 3D touch features on the iPhone.

Note: Don’t try in your iPhone 6, 6 Plus, iPhone 5S/5. Force touch technology supports only 6S/6S Plus/7/8/X/XR/XS/XS Max.

Steps to Disable/ Enable 3D touch on iPhone XR/XS Max/XS/X, iPhone 8 (Plus)/ iPhone 7 (Plus)/ iPhone 6S (Plus): iOS 13/iOS 12

For iOS 13/iOS 14 or later,

  • Settings app > Accessibility > Touch > 3D Touch > Disable/Enable 3D Touch

For iOS 12,

Step 1: Go to the Settings app on your iPhone Home screen.

Step 2: Next, Tap on General > Navigate Accessibility.

Step 3: Now, Scroll down the screen and Tap on 3D Touch.disable/ Enable 3D touch in iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus in iOS 9

By default, 3D touch-enabled but you have to disable the toggle for turn off 3D touch feature through above steps only. Otherwise, launch Siri and ask Siri to Turn off a 3D touch.
