Step 1: Go to the setting app on iPhone, iPad. on device you want remove.
Step 2: Next, Tap on Touch ID & Passcode.
Step 3: Slide below and Tap on Turn passcode off. Popup message will be appear on your screen. Now users can access your secure data like saved password in safari, Credit card or Debit card data, Apple pay. 
By doing this, touch ID fingerprints disabled automatically for unlock home screen and App store app download. 
Enable or Turn on Passcode in iPhone, iPad
Go for same steps above, and Enable passcode, When you turn on you can see option for keep your old fingerprints for unlock lock screen.
