Trick 1: How to Update Snapchat or Instagram App on iPhone
For iOS 13 or later,
- Launch the App Store on your phone, if you are unable to find the App Store, the swipe down the screen and make the search for the App Store from the Spotlight.
- Then, look for your Profile picture or whatever image you’ve used on the upper-right corner. Make sure to select the Today tab, and then tap on the Profile icon.
- Scroll down, until you see Snapchat.
- Tap Update next to Snapchat.

Search with App name on App Store Search box, Open App Store on iPhone > Tap on the Search box > In a Result you will get list of apps related to your search Or Type App name > Update available will see Update button instead of Open option.

- Open the App Store on iOS devices.
- Select the Update tab.
- Tap Update All or Update next to the Snapchat app.
Trick 2: How to Update Instagram on iPhone
For iOS 13 or later,
- Navigate to the App Store on iPhone. Use Spotlight search to access App Store.
- Tap on your Profile icon, located on the upper-right screen.
- From that screen, you can update all the apps one-by-one.
- Locate Instagram and tap Update.
For iOS 12 or earlier,
- Go to the App Store.
- Tap on the Update, Tab at beneath of the iPhone screen.
- Find the Update Snapchat or select Update All.
How to Turn on Automatic Updates on iPhone
Instead of updating apps manually, why not enable Automatic Updates on the iPhone. Whenever the app update is available, and iPhone is connected to the internet, the app will be updated automatically.
- Open the Settings
- Tap on your name’s banner.
- Select the iTunes & App Store.
