Step 1: Connect the iPhone to PC using lightning cable.
Step 2: Then select your iPhone and tap on “Summary”.
Step 3: On the main screen you will see Restore iPhone, click on it.
This process will erase all the media and data from iPhone and restore the latest version of iOS on your iPhone/iPad.
Hope you fixed iPhone keeps saying “incorrect password”. That I fixed last time with my iPhone X running on iOS 11 or later.
