🗓️ March 15, 2022 By ✍️ Jaysukh patelI found the big problem on my personal thread and iPhone 13 users are facing issues with the problem of installing a new app and updating the installed app on iPhone 13. here I explained possible causes and related fixes for person to person trying and help out below cases and troubleshoot iPhone 13 won’t install Software Update, Install apps, Download Apps or unable to update apps on iPhone 13.
Unable to install new App on iPhone 13, Enable App installing restriction. Go to the Settings app > General > Restrictions > Disable Installing apps toggle. Get more tips Apps won’t install.
Software Update needs Wi-Fi connection and Battery Above 50% charged.
iPhone 13 Won’t install App, Update, Download and Software Update Files
Not enough storage on iPhone 13
iPhone storage: check available storage on iPhone, go to the settings – general – iPhone Storage > Offload Unused apps or Enable iCloud Photo Library, Delete app manually from the list of apps.
Network Connectivity Problem: Check the WiFi, Cellular
App update needs expected WiFi or Cellular Data connection. Check with internet speed test checker apps or test with Browse something. Slow speed doesn’t affect instantly MBs or GBs of the app.
Phone settings restriction: go to the settings app – general – restriction – disable restriction.
Double Click To Install Not Working or Responding
Activate Face ID on Apps Store on iPhone 13, before downloading and installing the app we need to press the Side button two times at once. Next to Verify your Face and Start installing an app. Also, Hard Reset Works, Step in below
Force Reboot or Hard Reset
Press and quickly release Volume up button, Press and Quickly Release Volume Down button. Press and Hold Sleep/Wake button until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
Repair All iOS Settings
Reset all settings: is there any restriction applied under settings, that are unable to install new apps or delete apps.
Note: Reset all Settings don’t erase saved content and media file.
Go to the Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
Check Date & Time
The date and Time is not updated. Check for update Date & Time on iPhone 13.
Sign out app store and sign In
Go to the Settings > iTunes & App Store > Tap on Apple ID > Sign out. Sign in with Same Apple ID, Used for a previously installed app.
Update iOS
Go to the Settings > General > Software Update > Check For Update and Download and install new iOS.
Update or Download apps one by one
Don’t upload all apps at once from App Store. Open App Store > Updates > Update app one by one. Don’t go with “Update all”.
Offload apps: auto-delete apps but keep app data on iPhone. Might be you will get app waiting, installing and loading the label beneath of icon.
