Force restart iPhone
Quickly press and release volume up button, quickly press and release volume down button. Now press and hold on side button until you see the apple logo on the screen.
Reset all settings
iOS device has to many settings for block and disables microphone under privacy and restriction. Reset all the settings to default value.
Go to the settings – general – reset – reset all settings.
