Steps for Send file attachment on iPhone/ iPad from Mac
Mac to iOS
First: Open Message app on Mac, (Not Setup yet, Login with iMessage activated apple ID)
Second: Find recipients that you want to send him.
Third: From the top menu, Buddies > Send file > Browse file that you want to send in iMessage. or use Keyboard shortcuts (alt + Command + F) for Browser file on Message app.
Fourth: Choose all kind of file “Pages, Number, Doc, PDF, Audio (MP4, MP3), video file”.

Send file from iPhone to Mac using iMessage
Open Message app on iPhone,
To do from iPhone, iPad you shall use share option that can activate different ways on each application,
iCloud Drive: Press and Hold long press on File, Share > Select Message app icon from sharing popup.
