Sleep Tracking and Sleep Mode on watchOS 7 are different, but awfully useful, and you can’t avoid them; being devoted to fitness, I can’t get off this feature. The Sleep Tracking data is transmitted to the Health App of iPhone, right from the Apple Watch.   1. Alternatively, open the Watch app on a paired iPhone.
  2. Tap on My Watch tab.
  3. Toggle ON Handwashing Reminder.

Tip 4: Hide Notifications Content on Apple Watch

There’s a setting in the iPhone’s Watch app, using which you can control which Notifications you wish to receive on Apple Watch as well.
