Though, if we talk about the processor it is packed with MediaTek Helio P65, not the Snapdragon, so this might be a downside of buying Galaxy A31 instead of iPhone SE 2.

There is no confirmed date and specifications are available for Google Pixel 4a, but surely it will be in the range of iPhone SE 2, nearly $399.
It seems like Google Pixel 4a will be a 5.81-inch enormous OLED Display with 2340×1080 resolution. Just like other Google Pixel phones, the fingerprint sensor would be on the backside and the iPhone SE’s touch ID is the home button. Besides, we are expecting the Google Pixel 4a in a different look, not as old fashioned phones.
When it comes to the camera, no phone at $399 can beat the iPhone’s camera, and on the other side, it is unknown the specifications of Google Pixel 4a.
About Google Pixel 4a, I’m not sure whether to suggest or not, because iPhone SE 2020 does have the brains of iPhone 11, and it is worth buying if your budget is limited to $400.
