Step 1: Open Mail app on Mac /OR/ Search Mail in Spotlight search.
Step 2: From the top menu Under the Mail > Preferences…
From Top General Tab, Choose time interval from Check new message, Never, Every Minute, Every five minutes, Every hour, Every Thirty-minute.
