Step #1: Go to the “Phone” app.
Step #2: Bring the “Dialer” up.
Step #3: Make a call.
Step #4: Now, when you see the Mute button, press and hold the “Mute” button until you see the hold button in place of it.
Step #5: This is how you can put the call on hold.
