How to Turn On AutoMix on Your iPhone or iPad

Just a heads-up: you’ll need an active Apple Music subscription to use AutoMix. It won’t work with songs you’ve only purchased or uploaded — it requires access to the full Apple Music catalog.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Scroll down the screen and tap on Apps.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Music.
