Not possible actually but you can fix/ Solve this problem at your end with easy guide.

For the information: Apple gives 5GB free storage, one you setup apple ID on any Apple Device. We can create more apple IDs but it’s worthless. So create only single Apple ID and Use it among all apple Device for easy sync or access data on differ own apple device. But want or use different ID then family sharing is the alternate option for that.

Free 5GB might be full with data (Photos, Mail, Contacts, Reminders, Notes, Third party app data). In that case you can stop or disable auto cloud backup or increase storage limits in just single tap.

For the iCloud management, great individual options for disable what types of data should be saved or not.

Go to the Settings > iCloud. Scroll down for disable backup for Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Reminder and more manually.

Stop all backup at once, Settings > iCloud > Backup.

Remove data or release space from iCloud Drive
