In this blog post, you will learn how to create an email signature in Outlook site and use it for Outlook on the web (Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 via microsoft.com). Add a Picture, Link, Apply Font Style, and Color to Your Signature.

Follow the steps below,

Step #1: Open Outlook.com in your Web browser.

Step #2: Log in with your Outlook account, enter your Outlook Username and Password.

Step #3: Now, click on the top-right gear icon in the top-right corner.

Step #4: Click on “Account” in the left-side bar of the pop-up window. And Click on Signatures.

Step #5: Click on “New signature” to add a new signature.
Step #6: In the same window, you can edit the existing signature, remove or delete it, and set the default signature for “New Messages” and “Replies/Forwards“.

Step #7: Click Save to add and apply a signature to a new Outlook email.
