Enable Photo Stream to iOS: iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Turn photo stream enabled for Access Camera photos to all Devices

Go to the Settings > iCloud > Photos > Enable My Photo Stream.

For Mac

Photo Stream Enable for Mac System preference

Go to the Apple Menu > System Preference > iCloud > Turn on photo.

Check Photo Stream enabled on Mac OS X

Click on option in front of Photo. Make sure enabled for My Photo Stream.

Open App in your Mac you prefer to use now for Photo Stream and Enabled manually for iPhoto or Aperture Settings for Access Camera photos to all Devices.

For Windows PC

Open iCloud > Checked for Photos. Enabled for My Photo stream under the settings.
