  3. Depending upon your security set up, you might be asked to enter the Recovery Code or Code that will be sent to the Trusted Device added during the Two Factor Authentication.

Solution 3: Contact iTunes Support

  1. Open the iTunes Support page.
  2. Choose the region.
  3. And click on the Contact Apple Support
  4. Select the iTunes Store: Purchasing music, movies, apps, and books.
  5. Click Account Management.
  6. Then select Account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store alert.
  7. And follow the instructions to schedule a call with Apple Support.

Apple ID Disabled Activation Lock
