Steps to add a clickable image in the Outlook signature automatically
Step #1: First, create a clickable image with a hyperlink in Microsoft Word or Google Docs online.
Step #2: From Menu Insert > image > Upload from computer.

Step #3: Select Profile picture and Open.

Step 4: Insert a Hyperlink to the Picture. Select the Picture and click on Insert link from the tools or Ctrl + K from the Keyboard.

Step #5: Enter the URL (Hyperlink) you want to set as a picture.

Step #6: Now, right-click on the Picture and copy it. or Ctrl + C.

Step #7: Now, in Outlook App or Web, click on Settings > Account > Signatures > Paste the Picture here > Save those changes. (On Mac, Outlook Menu > Settings > Signatures)

Step #8: Now, compose a New Email and select the recently created Signature (clickable image).

Step #9: Inside the body field, you can see that I have added a profile picture showing a Hyperlink on it, as I hover over the picture.
