Apple has made many changes in the system settings and default applications; somehow interface of iPhone and iPad is improved. One of the unexpected changes is App Store gets a new interface and the Update tab is missing in App Store on iOS 15.

The very first question comes in mind is Where is Update Tab in the App Store on my iPhone and iPad. How to update apps in iOS 15 on iPhone and iPad. The update tab is replaced by Arcade in the App Store of iOS. The update tab is moved to the profile section of the App Store.

Here’s Where is an App Update section in iOS 15, iPadOS?

  • Step #1: Open the “App Store” on your iOS 15 device.
  • Step #2: Tap on your Profile icon which is located on the top-right side of the screen.

  • Step #4: Tap “Update All” or tap “Update” next to a particular application.

  • Step #5: To check the Updated Apps in iOS 15, scroll all the way to bottom.
  • Step #6: Under Updated Recently, it will show the updated apps.
  • That’s it.

We can enable auto-update all pending app from iPhone settings, After that, we don’t need to update apps manually like this.

  1. Stop manually check updates for installed Apps on iPhone and iPad, Turn on Automatic Downloads: Settings app > iTunes & App Stores > Under the Automatic Downloads Enable “Apps” toggle.

  1. I don’t like the new app update location at all. It didn’t even tell me which apps had an update available. I had to select “update all” to even see what would update. Not to mention having to get past a screen for a free trial of something I don’t want.
