Step 1→ Writ cmd in the search box, and you will see a command prompt shortcut; click on it to open a command prompt.

An alternative way to open a command prompt is to type cmd in the run dialogue and click ok.

Ensure that path is in double quotes.

For Windows 64-bit version

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office office version number>

For the Microsoft office 365 version
