How to Keep Your iPhone Screen on for a Longer Time

Set the auto-lock screen time to an average duration between 30 seconds to 5 minutes to improve your iPhone or iPad’s battery life and security. Avoid setting a minimum time of 30 seconds as it can lock your screen frequently during short processes.

Steps to Change Default Time with Adjust or Change Auto-lock Screen Timeout in iPhone, iPad

Using the below steps, I guaranty that you can manage auto-lock time settings in your way on your iPhone and iPad, iPad.

on your iPhone,

  1. Go to the Settings app on iPhone, iPad.
  2. Tap on Display & Brightness.
  3. Tap Auto-Lock
  4. Now Set time interval in seconds or minute.

  • Go to the Settings app on the iPhone.
  • Tap Face ID & Passcode.
  • Now Enter Passcode (Phone unlock 4-digit or six digits passcode)
  • Tap Require Passcode.
  • Now Choose interval [1 Minute to 4 Hours] (If iPhone unlock is disabled for touch ID).
