Here are two different ways to disable pop-up notifications in Microsoft Teams.

Way #1. Disable it via Microsoft Team 

If you are no longer willing to get the preview of your Microsoft Teams app on your Mac, then you can disable it right from the app. Here’s how. 

Step 1: Press Command + Space to open Spotlight search.
Step 2: Enter Microsoft Teams and click on it to open.

Step 4: Choose Settings.
