Unfortunately, you can’t directly configure the Homekit app on your Mac to see the history. Instead, you must set it up on an iOS device first. Here’s how to pair a HomeKit accessory using an iOS device so that you can control and check its history of it from your Mac computer.
- Ensure your HomeKit accessory has turned on and is close to your iOS device.
- On your iPhone or Mac, access the Home app.
- Hit on Plus Icon.
- Now scan the Homekit setup code for the accessory as prompted via the device’s camera.
