From now, quite easy to play iPhone or iPad video directly on your Mac screen through AirPlay Sharing located on the iOS control center. For that, your iPhone/iPad and Mac both must have installed iOS 16 and macOS Ventura respectively. bottom listed bulled points show you what users can do using mac Airplay on macOS Monterey that is not possible ever before even macOS big Sur OS.

  1. AirPlay content to your Mac
  2. Mirror or extend the display
  3. Use as AirPlay 2 speaker
  4. Send wired or wirelessly

if you don’t have an Apple Music subscription, let’s try the youtube music app to airplay audio from iOS device to Mac’s macOS.
