Step #1: In the “Settings”, tap on the banner of your name.

Step #2: Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap “Sign Out”.

Again to Sign-in iCloud follow the same steps.

Select Mobile Number and Apple ID as a FaceTime ID.

  • Also, Check Apple System Status in your Region. or Try after some time.

Fix 4: Verify your Phone Number to fix Error FaceTime waiting for Activation

Step #1: Open “Settings” from the Home screen.

Step #2: Tap “Phone” and open “My Number” to check the registered number is correct or not.

Confirm Reset Network Settings then terminate the process.

Fix 6: Check Date & Time on your iOS device

FaceTime requires the correct Date & Time to be set on your iPhone. It is not the only app that requires accuracy many applications are quite punctual about time and date.

Step #1: Launch “Settings” and open “General”.

Step #2: Tap “Date & Time” and enable “Automatic” set Time & Date on your iPhone.

Fix 7: Replace/Change SIM to get rid of FaceTime waiting for Activation

iOS 14 & Earlier:-

  • Step #1: Go to “Settings” and Find “General”.
  • Step #2: Scroll down the screen until the end then Tap “Reset” and then tap “Erase All Contents and Settings”.
