Here’s How to downgrade iOS 13 to iOS 12 Final on iPhone/iPad
Prerequisite & Conditions:-

Step 1: Open Finder/iTunes on Mac/PC and connect your iPhone to Finder/iTunes using the original Apple Lightning cable.
