Quick Tips

  1. Disable FaceTime and then Enable it after a minute, Go to Settings>FaceTime.
  2. Sign out of Apple ID and then again Sign In with the same or different Apple ID.
  3. Hard Reboot iPhone.

Step #1: Press and release the Volume Up button.

Step #2: Press and release the Volume Down button.

Step #3: Hold down the Side button until the Apple Logo appears on the screen.

Solution 1: Update iPhone and macOS

For iPhone,

Step #1: Go to the “Settings” app and tap “General”.

Step #2: Select “Software Update”.

For macOS,

  • macOS Ventura and later

  • Step #2: Click on General and Locate and open “Software Update”.
  • Step #3: If any pending update is available then you have to click on “Update Now” button.
