Downgrade or Switching from Developer Beta to Public Beta. Apple officially permits all iOS device users to use Developer iOS 13 Beta version (First Edition after WWDC confirmation), on iOS 13 compatible models only. Connect your iPhone/iPad to Finder via lightning cable.
Your iOS device icon appears on the Finder sidebar > Click on iPhone name.

Select the downloaded ipsw firmware file and click on open to start the downgrading process. You are done!
