Step 1: Go to the Apple Menu located at the top left corner of Mac. Select System Settings… from the menu.
Step 3: In the left pane, select Internet Accounts. Select Add Account… Buttons on the right side (You may need to scroll down to see Option).
Step 5: Click on Microsoft Exchange from the list.
Step 6: Log in with your Microsoft Account (Enter Email Address) > Sign In.

Solution #1. Ensure the Internet is working & Microsoft System Status

Solution #2. Check Outlook Contact Permission
